Sorry, there are no refunds. You do have some options:
- Switch to Virtual for the race cost difference (usually $5-$20) and we’ll mail your stuff, including the medal. Log into RunSignUp.com and go to the My Registered Events tab and follow the prompts.
- Have someone pick up your stuff, or you can come get it. Mention that you can’t come and will run virtually and we’ll give you the medal too.
- Give or sell your entry to someone, there’s a little process to do this, log into RunSignUp.com and go to the My Registered Events tab and follow the prompts. There is no charge for this. If you want our help, we charge $10.
- Until July 1, you may defer your registration to 2019 for $20 charge. Log into RunSignUp.com, go to the My Registered Events tab and follow the prompts.

Yes – Crowne Plaza is less than a mile to the race. If you want to take a shuttle, please let the Concierge know in advance.
The Indy Zoo lot will be open race morning and is very close to the Start/Finish. The fee is $10 for non-members and $7 for members of our Zoo.
Yes, you have 12 opportunities to grab a drink of water and/or sports drink.
Yes. The 5K has no time restriction. The Half Marathon does. You need to complete the event within 4 houts. That equates to a little faster than a 17 minutes per mile pace. There will be a trail vehicle. If you fall behind the trail vehicle, you may catch a ride. Otherwise, you are totally on your own. Traffic cones will be picked up. Officers and volunteers will not be on the course once the trail vehicle arrives at their areas.

Packet pick is on Friday, July 13th noon – 7:00pm at Escape Room Indy, 200 S. Meridian St., Suite 220, Indianapolis, IN 46225. If you can’t make it Friday , we will have packet pick up race morning from 5:00-6:30 but it will be busy so come early.
Yes – Top three overall male and female runners will receive free entries to the 2019 event, plus shot glasses and ribbons. Top three Age Group winners also receive shot glasses and ribbons.
Yes! There are no age restrictions. We do not have youth sized tech-shirts though.
Yes! We don’t force strollers to the back of the pack. Please start the race based on the pace you believe you will run.
Yes! You know the rules, please be respectful of other runners and property owners.
